That's a (Veggie-ful) Wrap!

A gluten-free diet is a must for the 1% of the population diagnosed with celiac disease, to avoid serious intestinal inflammation.


Gluten Free Veggie Wraps

  • 1-½ cups peeled zucchini or yellow squash

  • ½ red pepper chopped

  • 1 tbsp. lime or lemon juice

  • 1 tsp chili powder

  • ½ tsp of salt

  • 1 tbsp of ground cumin

  • ½ flax meal

  • Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender EXCEPT the flax

  • Then add the flax and process until smooth

  • Spread mixture in even piles on a non-stick dehydrator sheet

  • With a spatula form piles into flat rounds for wraps

  • Dehydrate at 105 for 8 hours
